Across The Table – Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Price & Inclusions
Tickets are priced at £65 per person.
Price includes a three-course meal and one welcome drink on arrival.
Additional drinks during the evening are not included and must be purchased individually from the venue.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event are non-refundable
4. Dietary Requirements
Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 7 days before the event. We will liaise with the venue to accommodate where possible.
Whilst every effort will be made to cater for allergies, ATT cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions. Guests with serious allergies attend at their own discretion.
5. Health & Safety
The preparation and service of food is the responsibility of the venue. ATT accepts no liability for any illness, food poisoning, or allergic reaction that may occur.
Guests are expected to drink responsibly and behave in a respectful manner towards others.
6. Event Format & Behaviour
The event is a social dining experience for single guests within the advertised age range.
ATT reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately, without refund.
We do not guarantee a romantic match will be made.
7. Photography & Privacy
Photos may be taken during the evening for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in photos.
Personal contact details of guests will not be shared without consent.
8. Event Changes
In the unlikely event that ATT needs to cancel or reschedule the supper, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
Menu and seating arrangements are subject to change depending on venue availability.
